Employment
Paradise Villas' location on the north side of Colorado Springs and easy access to I-25 makes it an excellent choice for working in either Colorado Springs or Denver. Northern El Paso County is one of the fastest growing sectors for commercial development. Numerous high-tech companies, national and international employers are within 10 minutes of Paradise Villas. Future development of Northgate Park, just south of Gleneagle, includes a new Oracle complex as well as other high tech companies. The United States Air Force Academy is located across I-25 and is easily reached from Northgate Rd.
Shopping and Services
The Chapel Hills Mall, one of two main regional shopping centers in Colorado Springs, is approximately 8 minutes from Paradise Villas. Castle Rock's popular Prime Outlets is only about 25 minutes north. Convenience shops, professional services and even a branch of the Pikes Peak Library are nearby in Monument. At Baptist Road and I-25 you'll find a Home Depot, a future Kohl's, and a new King Soopers, and several shops and eating.
Parks and Recreation
Fox Run Regional Park, only two miles east of Gleneagle, offers picnic pavilions, ball fields and a complete trail system. The Sante Fe Trail system from Palmer Lake to Colorado Springs runs just west of Gleneagle and is ideal for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Golfing enthusiasts will enjoy the championship public course at Gleneagle, immediately to the north of Paradise Villas. Gleneagle club facilities available with memberships include tennis, swimming and social activities.
